Transponders are leased for the lifetime of the device (expected 3-5 years).

Enter your ACA number in the form below and submit to be taken to checkout. A transponder will be assigned and mailed to you each time you complete the transaction. A lifetime transponder lease costs $35.00. There is no limit to the number of transponders that can be issued per member.
