USAC Club Application - First time clubs must mail in this application

BRAC Club Membership Application - Must be a USAC club before joining BRAC

USAC Release for Riders - must be signed and stored for every participant

Standard Release for Volunteers - must be signed by every volunteer at event, including club members

First Report of Occurrence - Must be filled out for every participant involved in an accident at an event

Race Date Request Forms -  must be completed in order for your event to appear on the tentative calendar prior to the appropriate promoter's meeting          ROAD         CYCLOCROSS

Grant Application for New Races -- BRAC provides some funding for new events. See the application for details.
